Breaded Broccoli

  • 1 head broccoli, cut in spears
  • 2 eggs, beaten seasoned with
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • oil (for frying)


  • 1 Cook the broccoli in water until al dente. Drain well.
  • 2 Dip into egg, then bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain.
  • 3 This can be made ahead of time and kept warm, uncovered, in the oven.
