Chicken Melt

Ingredients
- 1 slice onion (thick)
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 2 slices swiss cheese
Directions
- 1 Saute onion in half the butter till golden.
- 2 Set aside.
- 3 Heat non stick pan.
- 4 Spread butter on both slices of bread.
- 5 Place one slice of bread, buttered side down in pre-heated pan.
- 6 Put one slice of cheese, onions, chicken breast, one slice of cheese and then the remaining slice of bread with the buttered side up.
- 7 Continue to cook until bread on bottom is brown and toasty.
- 8 Turn the entire sandwich and toast the other side and wait for cheese to get melty.
- 9 SLice in half and enjoy.
