Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, cored and shredded
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 16 ounces green peas (frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1 In a large bowl, mix cabbage, onions and peas.
- 2 In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, curry powder, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
- 3 Toss with the slaw to coat.
- 4 Cover and refrigerate.
