Curry Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, cored and shredded
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 16 ounces green peas (frozen)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Directions

  • 1 In a large bowl, mix cabbage, onions and peas.
  • 2 In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, curry powder, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  • 3 Toss with the slaw to coat.
  • 4 Cover and refrigerate.
