Asparagus With Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese (Grated)
Directions
- 1 Prepare asparagus by snapping off tough ends and rinsing under cool water. Steam until bright green and still slightly crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 2 Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with lemon, salt, and pepper to taste. Garnish with pinenuts and Parmesan cheese.
