BBQ Oysters With Ginger

Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, diced into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons ginger, crushed
- 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1 Shuck oysters retaining lower half of shell.
- 2 Mix all other ingredients in a small mixing bowl and top over each oyster.
- 3 Cook over medium BBQ grill (preferably with hood down) around 10 minutes or until butter has melted and things are bubbling away.
