Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- 1 Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs.
- 2 Beat in bananas and vanilla.
- 3 Mix in milk, and dry ingredients.
- 4 Mix well.
- 5 Pour into greased 9 by 13 and bake 350 for 25 minutes.
- 6 Cool completely.
- 7 Frosting:.
- 8 Mix all till smooth and frost cake.
