Greek Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pearl onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (more if you like garlic)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta

Directions

  • 1 Cook spinach according to directions, but add the onions to the sauce pan.
  • 2 Drain well, squeezing out as much moisture as possible.
  • 3 Add remaining ingredients, expect feta.
  • 4 Stir until well combined.
  • 5 Sprinkle with feta and toss to combine.
