Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 3/4 teaspoons sugar-free lemonade-flavored drink mix (such as crystal light)
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
- 1 Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until fully blended. You can add 1 cup of ice cubes if you like your smoothies icy.
