Low-Carb Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • salt

Directions

  • 1 Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
  • 2 Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing and mashing until you get the consistency you desire.
