Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • flank steak (size of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup white wine (or white cooking wine)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, miniced

Directions

  • 1 Place all marinade ingrediants in plastic, sealable bag, and shake or mix well.
  • 2 Slice lightly across both sides of flank steak in an x pattern to allow marinade to absorb.
  • 3 Place flank steak in plastic bag.
  • 4 Marinate in fridge for 8- 12 hours (the longer, the better), turning often.
  • 5 Grill to taste.
