Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients
- flank steak (size of your choice)
- 1/2 cup white wine (or white cooking wine)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, miniced
Directions
- 1 Place all marinade ingrediants in plastic, sealable bag, and shake or mix well.
- 2 Slice lightly across both sides of flank steak in an x pattern to allow marinade to absorb.
- 3 Place flank steak in plastic bag.
- 4 Marinate in fridge for 8- 12 hours (the longer, the better), turning often.
- 5 Grill to taste.
