Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic cloves, pressed or 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 1 (3 lb) frying chickens, cut up or 3 lbs chicken parts
