Crunchy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 25 g dry breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2 Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges each.
  • 3 Toss wedges in the oil.
  • 4 Combine the breadcrumbs, chives, celery salt, garlic powder, and rosemary in a bowl.
  • 5 Add the wedges and coat well.
  • 6 Place on a greased baking tray.
  • 7 Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp and golden.
