
Iced Benedictine Coffee

Ingredients
- 4 cups brewed very strong coffee, double strength
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 ounces benedictine (a brandy liqueur)
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
Directions
- 1 Mix brewed coffee and sugar in a 2 quart pitcher.
- 2 Refrigerate and chill thoroughly.
- 3 Add Benedictine and half and half, stirring well.
- 4 Pour over ice, in tall glasses, and serve.
