Iced Benedictine Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed very strong coffee, double strength
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 ounces benedictine (a brandy liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half

Directions

  • 1 Mix brewed coffee and sugar in a 2 quart pitcher.
  • 2 Refrigerate and chill thoroughly.
  • 3 Add Benedictine and half and half, stirring well.
  • 4 Pour over ice, in tall glasses, and serve.
