Honey Wheat Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter

Directions

  • 1 Combine all ingredients except the butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 Melt butter in an 8-inch non-stick skillet.
  • 3 Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the batter into the skillet, quickly rotating and tilting it to cover evenly with batter.
  • 4 Cook until edges start to brown.
  • 5 Flip crepe and cook until lightly browned.
  • 6 Remove from skillet.
  • 7 Repeat with remaining batter.
  • 8 Fill with desired filling.
