Honey Wheat Crepes

Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon butter
Directions
- 1 Combine all ingredients except the butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 Melt butter in an 8-inch non-stick skillet.
- 3 Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the batter into the skillet, quickly rotating and tilting it to cover evenly with batter.
- 4 Cook until edges start to brown.
- 5 Flip crepe and cook until lightly browned.
- 6 Remove from skillet.
- 7 Repeat with remaining batter.
- 8 Fill with desired filling.
