  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1 To make either dressing put ingredients in a bowl, not ingredients for both dressings though! Just one dressing at a time.
  • 2 Whisk all ingredients in a bowl till combined.
  • 3 Pour over salad or set on side for people to pour themelves!
