Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, finely cut
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1 In a bowl combine all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate.
- 2 Just before serving whisk together vigourously to make sure it comes together.
