Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until it softens. Slowly add milk and stir until sugar dissolves.
- 2 Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reduces and thickens.
- 3 Add peanut butter and mix thoroughly.
- 4 Add peanuts and vanilla.
- 5 Continue stirring until smooth.
- 6 Serve warm over ice cream.
