Ricotta Tomato Bread Bread Machine or Oven Baked

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, chopped (Oven-Dried Herbed Tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons oil, from the prepared tomatoes
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast


  • 1 Place all of the ingredients into the bread machine except the yeast. Pour the yeast into the yeast compartment (or follow the specific directions for your bread machine).
  • 2 Bake the bread on the basic cycle.
