Ricotta Tomato Bread Bread Machine or Oven Baked

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, chopped (Oven-Dried Herbed Tomatoes)
- 2 tablespoons oil, from the prepared tomatoes
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions
- 1 Place all of the ingredients into the bread machine except the yeast. Pour the yeast into the yeast compartment (or follow the specific directions for your bread machine).
- 2 Bake the bread on the basic cycle.

- 4 Or set cycle for dough setting remove, shape and place on lightly oil pan let rise 1 hour covered with plastic wrap.
- 5 Brush top with an egg and water glaze sprinkle with rice flour or sea salt and bake at 350 degree 35-40 minutes till when tapped on has a hollow sound.
