  • 1/4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa

Directions

  • 1 Combine cheese and salsa over low heat until melted.
  • 2 Stir in sour cream.
  • 3 Pour over split hot baked potatoes.
