Southern Hospitality Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 cups coconut, shredded or flaked
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine

Directions

  • 1 Melt butter or margarine in skillet over low heat.
  • 2 Add pecans and coconut stirring constantly to brown. Cool.
  • 3 Mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • 4 Fold in non dairy whipped topping.
  • 5 Pour evenly into crust.
  • 6 Sprinkle with coconut and pecan mixture.
  • 7 Drizzle with the caramel and chocolate toppings.
  • 8 Cover and freeze until frozen hard.
  • 9 Remove from freezer 10 -15 min before serving.
