Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast half, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 flour tortillas, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
Directions
- 1 Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
- 2 Add chicken; cook 7 minute or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Mix broth, dressing, and flour until well blended; gradually add to skillet, stirring constantly.
- 4 Add tortillas; stir to combine.
- 5 Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 minute.
- 6 Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- 7 Simmer 3 to 5 minute or until cheese is melted.
- 8 Top with salsa.
