Easy Teriyaki Pork Roast (No Marinating)
Time: 3 hrs 15 mins
Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless pork roast
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (I use jarred minced ginger)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 325*.
- 2 Brown pork on all sides in 2 tbl oil over medium-high heat.
- 3 Place pork in roasting pan.
- 4 Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
- 5 Roast for about 3 hours (or until instant-read thermometer reads 165*), basting frequently and turning over a couple times.
- 6 Let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serve with juices.
