Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups raspberries
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 Muffins:.
- 3 Beat the eggs, sugar and butter until light.
- 4 Add the milk to the egg mixture and stir until blended.
- 5 Combine baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, salt and flour.
- 6 Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture mixing until just blended.
- 7 Carefully fold in the raspberries.
- 8 Fill well greased regular muffin pans approximately 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- 9 Top with a scant tbsp of topping.
- 10 Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked in the middle.
