Spicy Stove Top Orange Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- white wine
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- 1 Prepare the pork tenderloin by removing the white membrane.
- 2 Heat the frying pan to medium and add the olive oil.
- 3 Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a small dish.
- 4 Add salt and pepper to the tenderloin.
- 5 When the frying pay is hot, add the tenderloin and brown on each side, approximately 5 minutes each side.
- 6 Remove the tenderloin from the pan.
- 7 Add the sauce to the pan and stir to mix.
- 8 Reduce the heat slightly.
- 9 Return the tenderloin to the pan and cook covered for approximately 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning occasionally. You might have to add a bit of white wine to thin the sauce a bit.
- 10 Let the pork rest for approximately 10 minutes.
- 11 Slice the pork horizontally and pour the juices over the meat.
